Marshall Islands Open Economic Substance Reporting Portal in July 2020

In a long-anticipated move to modernize their corporate services industry and improve the time needed to facilitate their clients’ needs, the Republic of the Marshall Islands Economic Substance Regulations announced that it will open their reporting Portal on July the 1st, 2020.
All NRDEs (non-resident domestic entities) and FMEs (foreign maritime entities) will receive a unique personal identification number (PIN) as an attachment in their next annual invoice in order to gain access to the portal. NRDEs and FMEs will then have up to 12 months to complete their ESR Report.
